Delivery Information
We process all orders in the order in which they are received, and we ship them out as soon as possible. During our busy season (May-September), orders may be delayed due to the volume of orders we receive. Our office and shipping hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time.
You will receive tracking information for your order at the email address you provide in the evening of the day your order ships.
Some of our products are not able to ship standard UPS or FedEx. These products require us to figure shipping charges manually. With float drums and other large products, we find you the best shipping freight rate. We will contact you prior to shipping or charging you for this item. Freight is not calculated in the shipping total. WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR THESE ITEMS: WE WILL CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO PROCESSING THE ORDER. WE WILL NOT PROCESS THE ORDER UNTIL YOU CONFIRM THE FREIGHT RATE WE GIVE YOU.
On freight deliveries: Someone must be present at the time of delivery to unload the truck. The truck driver is not responsible for unloading. Please provide a good contact email, and you will receive tracking information from the shipping service so you can pinpoint when your order will arrive. If you decline the delivery and/or are not present, you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
Lastly, please inspect the delivery for damage or missing items and note the delivery receipt as such. If you sign the receipt and you find a problem after the truck leaves, the freight companies will not entertain any claims to lost or damaged product.
