This kit includes Merco Marine standard grade wood dock hardware. This hardware is all 1/4" thick and 5" tall and uses 3" x 1/2" carriage bolts. What is included in the kit is as follows:

• 1 male plate (H-SM)
• 1 female plate (H-SF)
• 2 backup plates (H-B)
• 8 bolts (B-CB3 1/2" x 3")
• and 1 3/4" pin (B-PIN)

This kit is intended to be used with 2x8 pressure treated lumber (not included) in any side mounted center location along the length or width of wood dock sections to provide a very strong connection point for attaching dock sections together with a hinged together connection. This is all hot dipped galvanized steel hardware designed for use in harsh marine and damp environments.
